Does this design look to close to a Nuclear Muskrat?

Hey guys I have been drawing up a knife and doing some cardboard protos to make. And I have to admit that the knife is inspired by the Nuclear Muskrat and the Tops Scalpel. However my last wish is to make a knife that looks exact. And I cant find a NM to buy. I don't think it looks to close but hey I thought I would ask you guys. For the record it has a 3 inch blade and the handle is a little over 4.

Looks good to me, I ground down a muk a while back with that same blade shape, like a sharp-finger. You can see my blade from 7/17 2nd post under Muk-up, I think it's the blade shape your looking for on steroids, my blade is a little over 4" and the handle is 5".
