Does this strider have a 3/4 Hollow Grind help please

I doubt it. Typically SKI only uses hollow grinds on custom knives. As a general rule, if it doesn't specify that it's hollow ground, it's a flat grind (as far as Strider Knives goes that is).

Flat or hollow, my 3/4 grind (and I believe scouter27 is correct) CPM M4 aluminum SMF has a MUCH thinner edge than SKI's FFG blades. It is razor sharp. I have four SKI's folders and that edge is by far the thinnest and potentially, sharpest

I don't think that's completely true. Both of the S110V Striders I bought last summer are 3/4 grind, and neither was custom - although they were definitely very, very limited production.

I think scouter 27 was trying to say the 3/4 grinds might be flat ground 3/4. Maybe I assumed wrong but in any case. my CPM M4 Aluminum 3/4 SMF certainly appears to be hollow ground from what I can tell and although it's a limited run, it's production for sure.

There are quite a few hollow ground non custom 3/4 Striders. The SnG I carry is.

But they are not the general production, even as far as just the 3/4 grinds go. If it's a hollow grind the page would most likely specify.
