Doing DEMO/Speech Unarmed vs. Knife need info +Pics for Visual Aids, Come Back?

Have to give this talk next week, so far what I have is pretty sketchy I need more info on how to resist a knife attack when un-armed. I also need Visual Aids for possible Microsoft Power Point demonstration, hoping they are available somewere on the Internet.

This seemed like it would be a good subject for me and others to learn about because of 9-11 and just general reasons. Thanks in advance for any assist.
