Doing my own G10 Scales - little help?

I do believe this is my first topic, so please go easy on me. :D

I ordered some G10, (peel and regular unfinished) and I'm looking to get started in the next few weeks doing scales for my H&K Blitz, love the design, style and action - but the G10 is severely lacking. (As my 3rd line of defense, grip is very important, though we all hope it never comes to that.)

So..... I've got my dremel, the G10, blue automotive latex gloves, will be ordering a pack of 3M dust respirators, what else (safety wise) do I need to do? Can I just wear old clothes and wash them in the washing machine afterwards?

I plan on doing this outside in the driveway, so I don't have that dust around the house, but what do I do after that, shop vac?

Thanks everyone in advance!

(Current collection: Black on black 940, Green 940, White Endura, Alox Orange Cadet, ESEE 6, Izula, Delica ZDP, Manix 2 XL, SAK Solitaire, SAK Huntsman, Gray satin Grip, Gray DLC Grip, Blue Tenacious, Blue Persistence Tasman Salt... etc.)

Make sure your masks are P-100, if not get a respirator that has a P-100 rating. I think you can hose off the area, wash the dust into the yard, or just work over the yard, then hose that down? Or shop vac the dust, and yourself.
You also need eye protection, the dust is very abrasive, I wear goggles when working with G-10. I started cutting G-10 with just sunglasses on the first time I worked with it. I immediatly stopped once I saw how much dust was being made, went and got some tight fitting goggles.

WORK IT WET! Best advice I've ever been given for g10, spray it down with water or whatever you like frequently, this keeps 90% of the dust out of the air and off you.

Sounds like great advise gentlemen! I'm on it, once I get my first trial run complete I'll be sure to post it!
