Dominator rust?

The pivot bolt faces and thumb studs on my Dominator are showing signs of rust. I've tried Tuff-Glide, but the problem persists. I typically it in my waist-band, the so-called "felony carry". What's a sweathog to do? Thanks for any advice, Ditch

Maybe a thin layer of epoxy as a coating might keep them from rusting. I don't know, I haven't run into this problem before.
