I like my new Domino (thank you Joshua) but find the flipper feature useless and in the way. At some future time I will grind the horn off flush with the liner backside. Has anyone done this yet? What are the ramifications?

No problems what so ever. Grind it so it is flush or slightly below the scales when closed. You have to remove the blade and be careful when reassembling the ball bearings. I dislike flippers so I did mine right after getting it...

I had one where it was already ground down.

Looked good but it felt to much like a Manix with a frame lock.

Darn it. I would like to see them.

Took some today

Mine flips like a dream. Does yours not work well?

For me it was just that I prefer opening it with the hole, it flipped fine. Since I wasn't using the flipper tab it was best to remove it.

Post up some pics when you get this done. I'd love to see the results.

Shark, I've been carrying a Spydiehole for 30 years and my muscle memory is too old to change. I can deploy that way 3 times faster than flipping. My Domino flips OK but my fingers don't. Pictures some time in the future.
NoFair, same here except one more thing: when I close my Domino using only my deploy hand, the flip horn hits my thumb and stops the blade half closed.
