This is a Don Cowles midtech knife, in the same design as his full custom small fixed blade edc knives.
2-3/4-inch blade of 10Cr17 stainless steel hardened to Rc 56. 5-5/8 inches overall length.
Handles are natural bone over a tapered tang with brass pins and the dovetailed bolsters are of 416 stainless.
Included is a nice full grain leather pocket sheath. Knife fits securely in the sheath. Mint- never used, carried, or re-sharpened.
These production blades are as close to custom as it gets without being handcrafted. Each finished product is inspected and hand-tuned by Don Cowles. A great little knife to keep around the house (I have one of these I use at my bar). This would also make a great gift for someone.
These normally sell for around $100.
I got a deal on a couple of these in trade, so offering it here for $50 shipped. MO or regular paypal is fine.
