I thought my favorite knife needed a fresh picture. The folder is a few years old so most of my buddies here have seen this knife a million times. I think this photo came out excellent and i'm proud to show it.

I never get tired of seeing that beauty. Coop really did it justice!

No wonder it's your favorite, it's exquisite. Awesome new shot too.

A beautiful knife from one of my all time favorite makers. The photos are quite remarkable as well.

Stunning Jonathan! I can see why, with all the details of that blade, it is your favorite...Wow!

Thanks guys, this is just one of those knives that everyone seems to love. Over the years, I got tons of offers on it (more then on any other knives). Great offers too, but I had to keep it. If I took the money I would never forgive myself. I figure this things probably going to the grave with me. What do you think of the ivory?

It is great having those knives in the collection that you are more willing to spend a little extra on than make a little extra on. Good for you, Jon! Coop's image is super. A very special Hanson.

The Ivory is the icing on this cake. This Ivory is just the best that is gets it looks like to me. What do you think?

Best,
Eric

Every single area on this knife is alive.

Those scales are THAT colorful.

The blade has a subtle recurve and belly to it and a clip that I could not capture perfectly.

The filework and anodizing are on fire.

Precise action, etc, etc.....

Don AND Jon done good!

Coop

Can one see too many pics of Don's knives...I don't think so! Jon that is a real sweet folder. Great Hanson damascus and a gorgeous piece of ivory. Real glad to see it again.

Jon

Jon, Absolutely beautiful. Jim did a great job of capturing Don's work! BTW, if this is going to the grave with you. Where are you going to be buried?
