Great lines for sure, Don does seem to have FLOW nailed down. It's hard to do elegant and aggressive in the same piece, but Don's blades all seem to have both.
We had a good time. Peter arrived JUST as I started to shovel my driveway. He went in to court my wife and drink tea, while I labored for another hour so I could back HIS car in off the street. :grumpy:
This Bowie is crazy. The Killer Hamon® is surrounded by really fine layer damascus, etched ever-so-slightly. Tantalizing. (Show us the closeup!)
The rich, rounded creamy ivory and simple handle foyer are in direct contrast to the lethal delivery entrance.
Peter now knows half of my lighting secrets. It only looks easy.
Don, a print is prepared for you, and Peter: Thank you. Well done!
This is amazing. How long is the blade?? Flows nice and Don is the man for that. The subtle things like the guard shape add to that. And wow, I didn't realize it was damascus at first!
