Very nice and complimentary article, "THE" most beautiful handle material.

Jeff

Very :cool::cool::cool: and as Karl says, certainly well deserved.
I see one of my Hanson folders is on the first page of the article, that's always nice to see.

Getting to see your knives in a magazine = Accolades!

Having your knives shown on the COVER of a magazine = PRICELESS !!

No one more deserving. Boy, they look good. Congrats, Don. I really like how bold these are! (Yes, a superstar maker makes ME look good.) :)

Mark Zalesky (Editor) has been involved in the publishing of Knife World for decades. He is progressive and found the opportunity to purchase the magazine. Doing so then allowed him to revamp it to a more current and relevant print publication.

The magazine is BIG. (9.5" x13") If you haven't already thumbed a copy, look to subscribe.

Good thread. :D

Well deserved, man! I'm glad they changed the magazine like they did. I really like that it bigger than most magazines. I love it!

Congrats Don....happy to have been able to contribute.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Thanks guys!

Mike Robuck did a jam up job writing the article. Steven Garsson and Joe Richardson filled in the blanks very well!

Coop added good, needed info about this 'new' knife magazine. Really, if you aren't subscribed, do so now!

Congrats, Don! The new magazine format has your folder work popping!

I have subscribed to Knife World for several years. Have learned a lot about the knife industry from reading it and it has always included some custom articles and professional images, which I obviously enjoy. Mark is taking it over the top with this new format. Love the new look. I hope that a little more custom work is included as part of the norm as Knife Magazine grows.

Mike Robuck compares Don to a five-tool MLB player, and that is so accurate. Don is masterful in so many knife making areas.

Great article, Mike! Happy to see you highlighted, Don! As Karl said, well deserved.
