This arrived this afternoon...it’s my second Hanson and is the crown jewel of my collection...it looks great in the picture (what Caleb Royer picture doesn’t) but, trust me, it looks so very much better in hand...what the picture fails to capture is the deep dark blues in the mammoth...Don is truly the “King of Mammoth”...

I picked this up at the Fisk Virtual Micro Show last week...so glad I attended...

Lovely piece. I used to be lukewarm about Mammoth. But ss I have matured in my knife tastes, it has really grown on me!

The case colored (heat colored) liners really pull out the blue highlights in the mammoth bark!!
