Small, coming out of Don's shop, that is. Here is one Don just finished up and posted on his available page. Made a nice Christmas present for somebody! Don said it has become one of his fixed blade favorites (that says something!) and calls it 'clean with no bling'. We'll see what you think.

8 1/4-inch W2 blade, damascus fittings and fossil walrus ivory that seems to grow out of the guard. Pictures from Don's site.

Yeah I got the email about that knife and it was gone when I checked the page. Must have been snagged up quick.

Beautiful knife and there is just something about it that makes it flow so well. Love it!

I noticed the temper lines look different on this blade then usual. Is something different on this knife? There seems to be more going on.

Well, that didn't last long. I ran to the site just as soon as I found Joe's post and there was the big red SOLD sign.

Don this one is really to my liking. I wish you made one with a chocolate handle, because if I buy many more I'm going to have to eat some of them.

This one is one of my favorites from your forge.

Great knife, Joe! Congrats to you and Don on another winner!

Thanks, Elliott...wish this was under my tree. But, I only got to handle it before it went to the post office. Don did a number on this one and it really has that wow factor to it. Will is correct, subtle bling everywhere. That steel and hamon have all kinds of things going on with them. Super blade design. May need Santa to look into this next year! :)
