for me 630. Would like to get one of those nylon pouch sheaths but not sure what size I should get. Its a big knife, even closed and most sheaths I've looked at are too small.

Suggestions? Cost?

What about a BM sheath? You can carry it virtically or horizontally. Check your local dealer for size and price. I think it's around $10, the construction on mine is pretty shotty though. The stitching isn't too good.

Check out the sheath made for the Lone Wolf Harsey. That's a big knife and the sheath is overbuilt to the max, I think they were about $20.

You should also check out TAD Gear and look at some of the sheaths there, their house line and anything by Maxpedition are excellent quality.

You can often find inexpensive nylon sheaths at gun shops which are intended for magazines but which fit knives. Since magazines come in various sizes, so do these sheaths.

The BM 630 fits into the TAD S1 Sheath just fine. I use this sheath for knife and multi tool carry every day at work and they last for years, flexible but sturdy and the velcro stands up to constant use.

Let me second the recommendation for the TAD S1. It is far and away my favorite belt sheath. Mine have held up to constant wear for several years now and show no real signs of age.
