Man do I have new respect for what little kids go through. Since two days before Xmas I have been dealing with lightheadedness and downright vertigo at points so terrible that I almost hurl.
I went to the Dr. before I went to Florida and he put me on a antibiotic etc..and I was improving. However I was still dizzy when I got horizontal like laying in bed etc. but I thought I was improving...alas that is not the case...

Back to the Dr. today to find out I have a super bug..more powerful antibiotics which wipe me out..I have slept most of the last two days...Ear drops...and a degongastant ..which dries me out like a prune.. This sucks..

Of course the weather here hasnt helped either..foggy and record rainfall and in the 50s changing over night to below zero temps tonite with the high today around 13 degrees...

yuk this sucks... :(

There must be a bug going around. Two coworkers are OUT due to inner ear infections.

They are not fun, especially on adult ears.

Did you get tested for MIV?
Manatee Immunodificiency Virus?

Manatees are disease free mammals. Though we do get a bit randy at times with bloated, naked, Mountain Dew junkies from Michigan we do not pass along any thing that will harm you. :D

I got an earache about a month or so ago. Felt like something was ripping apart from my ear to the side of my neck when I swallowed. I was in WalMart on the way home from work, and it was hurting so bad I coudln't see straight, so I started looking for some medicine there. Got a bottle of Similasan "healthy relief homeopathic earache relief ear drops"(just found the slip and a coupon from inside the carton). It was ~7 or 8 bucks--I probably would have paid $50 at the time. I put several drops in my ear, and went to bed. When I woke up the ear ache was gone.
My grandmother got an earache a week or so later, and I gave her the bottle. She said it cured hers, too.
I don't know if an "earache" is the same thing as an ear infection, but this stuff might be worth a look. It sure worked for me.

"Earache" can only be caught from wives/girlfriends, you can pick up an ear infection anywhere. :D
