Just oiled the pivots on a few Axis models that were a bit tight once any blade play was eliminated. With modern knives as opposed to slip-joints for example you can forget to lubricate the pivot now and then.
Even my brand new 485 can now flick open.

I've used Tuf-Glide for years. It'd dry so limits pocket lint but keeps things smooth.

yes
Break-Free CLP
My favorite for ~30 years on everything guns/knives/reels, anything performance related and very good corrosion protection.
Honorable mention for CorrosionX, excellent corrosion protection, but less performance oriented.

I use Tuf-Glide or whatever gun grease I have lying around. Recently it's been "Gun Butter"

Ballistol usually but I have used.... Mobil 1 cut with ATF with the access blown off with compressed air, aerosol Remoil, WD40 in a pinch, Kroil, mineral oil.................it all works but some works better than others.
