i am thinking about getting one of brous blade folder but i am not a big fan of d2 but if its a good knife i don't care and i also think about the benchmade 755 its a bit small i think so my question is in your opinion which is better to edc and a recommendation for a semi custom or production knife between 250-350$

I have a Brous Bionic and it has been a wonderful knife. I cannot even fathom how good their higher end knives much be. They do an excellent job with D2, though I am biased it being one of my favorite steels. The BM 755 is a nice knife but its over priced and tip down only clip ruin it for me.

If you are looking to spend $250-$350 you should also check out the Three Sisters Forge Beast. I just ordered one myself. Full Ti, S35VN, $300.

thank you for your quick respond and I look on the three sisters it looks like a crk and 3 inch its small and if you have other recommend for a knife I would happy to ear it

The TSF Beast is going to be a heavier duty knife than a Sebenza. As for other recommendations, check out LionSteel, DPx, Strider.

I'll second a vote for Strider. The SnG is a little more than your budget but I feel it's worth it. They are tough, light, great geometry, and I feel a great size for EDC. If you want to go a little cheaper I'd try the Benchmade 275 Adamas. It's also very tough with a D2 blade and I feel a better value than a Brous.

I rue the day I sold my SnG. Another one will be in my future.

I love the strider but with custom pay it come up to 600$ to my country so if I will buy a strider its gonna be Ed fixed but now I look for mid tech folder not a heavy duty one and the Adamas is awesome I try it but it's a tank 😊

In your price range, you can go to the Exchange here, and find an AS-NEW CRK Sebenza (large or small model) for about $300-$325. There is no easier choice, as Chris Reeve has won the Manufacturers' Award for Excellence at the annual BLADE show for quite a few years. He came in second last year...after KIA, although that doesn't change my first choice.

I don't own either of those knives but if it were me I would go with the Brouse.

What's wrong with D-2? It's one of my favorites.

In addition to the Bradley, the Beast and DPx HEST line check out the Grayman Dua and Satu folders.

The 755 is anything but small. It's the only folder I've held that feels like a fixed blade when used. I've never been cutting something with mine and had to stop because the 3" blade wasn't big enough. Keep in mind that there is no choil to waste space, the "3 inch" blade is all edge.

The 755 MPR is an incredible knife. M390 steel stays sharp about forever, and even though the blade is on the thicker side, it is ground just right and slices and cuts very well. The lock is very confidence inspiring, and the fit and finish is custom quality. I especially like the piece of G10 on the lock side, making it feel like something inbetween a frame and liner lock.

I would get one now, while you still can, as they're discontinued. You can always sell it later if it doesn't work out, unique knives generally hold their value well once discontinued as there's always someone out there who missed their chance to get one.

You are right about the cutting edge but it's a semi custom and you look at that it's a benchmade my favorite company but when you say benchmade it's not sound fancy I know i sound dumb but that what I think so if say to me it's feel like a real midtech knife I will try it so please tell all you think about the knife because the reviews aren't so great and thank you for your help

I've owned one for several years and have been impressed w/ the knife. You cant go wrong with this knife.

Wasn't scared, only confused. Wanted to help you get the most out of BF :)

All I know about the ZT 0770CF is that it's sure to be awesome for two reasons:

1. It's ZT, so fit and finish, centering, grinds, etc. will be perfect
2. M390 is the most incredible folder steel I've used
