Kydex will loose it's form. Some of you guys probably already know this, but It was a surprise for me. I kept a little knife I made with a kydex sheath on the dashboard tray of my truck and it was over 100 degrees today. The kydex deformed and the knife no longer fits in place. I thought it took more heat than that to soften kydex material but I guess I was wrong.
