Very nice work! Also did you round the spine of the manix?

Yes. They all get matched in all around the entire scale/liner interface. I tend to melt them a bit as I do this by putting a bit of a radius where Spyderco originally had a chamfer on the G10/CF. The Manix was melted a bit more and I also put the spine treatment on it.

How did you do the Caly with the pinned construction?

That's a tougher one. Luckily the pinned spydercos come with a bit better fit and finish. If you take the blade out (pivot is the only non-pinned connection) then the lockbar can be pivoted 90 degrees to polish it or move some surfaces just a bit. In the same way the faces on the lockbar are moved to drop it when closed, the mating surfaces on the blade tang can also be moved. I did most of my surface moving on the tang, not the lockbar.
