Don't look now, the Custom Special is behind you

I am wondering which one or two among the thousands of custom knife makers right now is or are going to come up with a knife so unique that it will remain the talk of the town for years to come.

I am refering to a breakthrough in design or in material this year.

Who are the potential ones? What are the names that presently can create a tsunami of interest in the knife world?

Of course, there is no immediate rush among the custom men to come up with THE creation of the year.

But I have a feeling that there will be something special to hit the market before Santa Claus comes a-calling again.

Darn, I wish I had not sent my crystal ball out for a tune up. I would have been able to tell you exactly what you wanted to know. Really, I haven't got a clue, but I am sure that some very interesting stuff is going to be introduced this year. It seems to happen every year.
