Ya can't go wrong with LF&C, their knives seem to hold up well,

Starting with the Larrger Pen, It's by E Weck & Co New York.

The Lobster Pattern to the right is stamped SZIRAKYJ on the blade.

The center one with the one piece bail is so small it's hard to read.

The miniature pen has no markings.

Thanks for the brands!
Here's one to add to the thread, from a little known maker, Tenney Trading Co. He had Queen make knives for him in the late 90's or so. Nice AAA pearl!

Ya gotta love the warmth and feel/texture of pearl and after seein' some gold pinned and checked examples of pearl scales ya realize that there's other finishes besides smooth and polished.

Here I've been trying not to succumb to the alure of pearl and you guys start showing this stuff. This is not the place to ask for help resisiting temptation. Encouragement to buy more knives, no problem there.

Classy blades gang.

Here two of my favorite slipjoints. It takes some fantastic white pearl to turn my head these days...though it was my first love of pearl:thumbup:

Here's one that's been around a while! Harvey McBurnette passed away some time ago but is remembered fondly by some of today's knifemakers as a source of knowledge, and a good guy!
They don't get pearl this big very often! I was thinking of taking the slab off the front and replacing my kniferoom door with it :D ! This knife is way bigger than my hand!

Some very classy pieces being shown here, wow  , incredible quality...

I have always wondered how exactly the process of removing the mop from the mollusk and fabricating it onto a knife scale is done. Also where is the source of mop coming from these days..???

Thanks for sharing,

Sunburst

Some very, very nice knives here.
