I think you are going to have to narrow the field a little here. From what you have said so far, it could mean it comes in a blue cardboard box, a blue anodized aluminum presentation box, includes a free Benchmade blue tool box...

AHHHH !!...OK.....The description says it has a leather sheath and comes in a wood presentation box...I "thought"it might be a quality or country of origin thing...I have seen "Brown Box" on things made off shore...Thought it might be a code for something like that.

OK......I'm officially "Doofus of the Day" or "Weenie of the Week" as the knife in question was a Benchmade Activator Plus+ with Mastadon Handles and came in a wood presentation box but shipped in an Aluminum Blue Benchmade Box.
I'm going to have to have more control over my 'meds'. I don't understand why they would even tell you about it....No other knife companies say..."Dull Gray Box...or Shiny Yellow Box....that's why i thought it was a code of some sort...DUH !!! Please don't put me on the Phucktard page....lol

Well doesn't Benchmade utilize a color code to signify "different grades" of knives? I thought blue was one of the higher grades...

I think it is nice to know that they use a blue anodized aluminum shipping box to protect the wood presentation box. The description sounds like a Benchmade Gold Class knife, although it is possible that it is Blue class.
