Great - my 3 yr old princess saw me perusing the RATs and told me she wants the pink one (Izula)! Thank goodness she doesn't read my books otherwise she'd want the pink M4 with Hello Kitty stickers....

Give it time. . .

Also, embrace it. Kids are filled with so much crap these days, encourage her to pursue worthwhile things. . .like knives and guns.

yeah, i know. just thought she was all princessy and all... oh well, i guess i should be happy that she may turn out self-reliant afterall.

I may need to wait awhile to put those tools in her hands, but at least i can teach her about them, especially to respect the business end. My old man put a rifle in my hand at 9...

our kids want them. the mr got a zt302 and every time he opens it Hayden giggles and smiles real big. so we're doomed also.

at least they will now how to handle one :)

Its never too early to learn something useful, just a bit of care is indispensable to the safety of the kids, as long as its in a controlled environment.

lucky girl. I wish somebody had given me a rat at that age. She'll appreciate that a lot more than a doll. Maybe not now, but when she looks back when shes older

My middle monkey isn't too far off of getting herself a pink Izula. Right after I get her mother a green one. :)

I don't think enough people carry knives on a regular basis, you should be proud of your princess for starting so early!

Mine said the same thing. So be it a year older. Just for safe keeping I picked her and mommy up a pink Izula and a pink mini RSK (Doug Ritter) each. Here is our Izulas. The top is the daughters. Had knifeworks laser etch her name on the blade on the other side.

.

After 8 months the green one does not look as pretty. Funny story to go along with it, mommys company took the work place and spouces out to MOAB for a free vacation. Did a few hour hummer tour and a half day river tour. The river guide had this benchmade strapped to the front of his life preserver. He seen my cord around my neck and asked about it, pulled out the Izula. He asked to see it, and at the same time said, "bet mine is sharper than yours" and proceded to drag his thumb across it resulting in a little cut. A few people around me looked at him funny as he handed it back saying "maybe not". The rust stains at the engraving from the 6 hours in the water add character to it too.

I couldn't agree more!
