I like some of the designs, but I wish they were in a more durable alloy like 5160, especially for larger blades. Have you ever considered switching away from 1095 for these large blades?

We use to use 5160 many years ago and over the years I've preferred working with 1095. It seems to work good for my blade designs. Thanks for dropping a comment sir.

I just wish they were ground higher up the blade. The grinds seem very shallow and the rest of the blade is full thickness. Love the designs.
