Dorado in the custom shopp! Why not?

I am a fan of the little Dorado and have been Drooling over the Giraffe & Mokume model for awhile now but can't justify the Bucks yet. But I think if the Dorado was to be added to the buck custom shopp, it would probably do well IMHO. Those mokume bolsters with about any handle materials currently offered would look great or you could leave them off and go with different blade and handle scales at your wish, as with the 110. I think this would make for more affordable Dorados for Dorado fans like me. I would buy my share thats for sure! I think the 110 should stay there for sure, but a newer model should be added that has the ability to be altered just as easily making a custom Dorado more afforable. Any thoughts or does it sound unreasonable?

I also like the little Dorado. If you look around you can find some that are a little more afordable. Like the one in this attachment. There is also some with Mastodon Ivory...but they are costly also.

Yup, Dorados are beautiful knives and I just love mine. A Custom Shoppe Dorado? Sounds like a great idea!

I would also love to see more options in the custom shop. However, I'm sure they are limited by labor (where my twisted mind is not )

One of the reasons behind my selfish reasoning here was the Dorado is not the most complex knife out there but does have visual appeal(at least to me)and options would not be so labor intensive as to drive the cost of the custom itself way up. But I do agree it comes down to the time, labor and demand.

Don't forget that there are dozens of models that others would like to see in the custom shop!
How about the new Kalingas??? That would be neat, or maybe folding alphas?
I don't think they are able to make customs of every model that everyone would like to see but, I bet if it was feasible they would

I'd just like to see someone offer change out scales. Like they offer for hand guns. That would put you at ....the sky is the limit....don't you agree!!!!! That option would work for the Alpha's and the new Kalinga's .
