Dork Ops Knives - any news?

Apparently their site hasn't been updated recently and their forum is still "undergoing maintenance"...anyone got any news?

Did Frank The Fraud finally recognize the futility of his ill-conceived business endeavor?

Some of the knife retailers have them listed for sale, but all I've seen have been "out of stock". Don't recall the stores, will try to remember.

The stores are only taking pre-orders, the knives are supposed to ship in April. It's kinda funny, if you check the specs on the DO website compared to the specs an the Extrema site, most of the knives are identical. Only on the DO site the specs are English measurements and on the ER site they are metric.

I even heard from someone in the biz that the steel formula is the same.

Personally I love the Extrma knives and since the DOs are supposedly carbon copies, I'd probably buy one if the price was right. Can't beat the original though.

Supposedly, a man I'm getting a Surefire light from at the Indy gun/knife show this coming weekend is going to be one of their dealers. I didn't bother telling him my opinion.
