I am the proud owner of a 100 meg plot of cyberspace which I call balisongfans.com. I have building on my land for a while now, and I am finally ready to have visitors.

This is a complete redesign of my old site which some of you may have visited in the past. I have been working on it since early April, but a major Windows crash at the end of that month kept my computer from booting up for about four weeks.

This site loads faster than the old one and has a much brighter appearance. I have added a few new pages and a few new balisongs. The Balisong of the Month page has been kept current as well.

I have put a lot of time and work into it so let me know what you think of the new site, good or bad. I am always open to suggestions. Also, I have plenty of webspace left if anyone needs somewhere to post their pictures.

Very nice, I did notice that you changed your logo to a different butterfly. It does seem a lot faster than your old site but it is still very cool!! Keep up the good work!

IMHO you've got an outstanding site and should be very proud of the work you've done!!! I wish I knew what the likes of you, Gollnick, S., Chefget, Clay, and all the other 'guys' on these forums knows about computers. Great work and keep it coming; thanks for all of your efforts!

One word... Slick! Your web page has been in my bookmarks for a long time. You've really gone far with it! It's simple, quick and clean... just like a webpage should be. And I'm glad to see you still have my fan art!

Just had a thought... A video page would be nice. Have submissions just like the fan art. I don't know any local enthusiasts, so I rarely get the chance to see other people flipping. It'd be a real treat. Just a thought.

Thank you for your kind words everyone. Working on this site combines my two favorite hobbies. 1. Balisongs. 2. Website design. Believe it or not, I am already hard at work on the next version of the site. It will only have a few new features, but will have a new look, load a little faster, and work a little different.

I like the idea of the video page. Anyone out there who wants to submit videos; email me.

Nicely done. Everything seems to work, no broken links, etc., which is more than I can say about my site.
