I like that knife, looks like a very comfortable handle to it and love the blade shape, also the stamp on the side of the blade looks neat as well.
As to the sheath, lines look nice, shape clean, neat texture you put on there as Al Dodge was saying, a little finish work on the edge would be in order, I'd sand it down a little, apply some dye to the edge and burnish, and apply some gum tragacanth to help smooth it up and burnish again, should be fine.
On your next sheath, I'd recommend a smaller size drill or better yet use a thread spacing prong and then drive the holes the rest of the way with a make shift awl. You want your hole size to be close to what your thread diameter is so you don't have openings showing.
