So since my first batch of these sold out so fast, I decided to do a double batch this time. There will be 20 in this batch.
The first ones I did were .214" thick, these started at a full .250" of 5160.
Here are a few WIP pics up to where I am right now.

I used water jet for this batch, cause cutting .250" 5160 on a bandsaw sucks!!

Clips ground, and bevels roughed in.

I have the next couple days off from my day job, so I hope to be Heat treating these by the weekend.
For those that don't remember, here is a pic of what the finished ones will look like.

They look great, (like all of your BPKs,) but why the steel and thickness? On a light, minimalistic design like this, I'd think that 1/8" 154CM would be a better choice.

Thanks guys!
I went thicker partly because I can't carve thin steel like these. Also these are meant to be an all purpose hard use tool. I have made thin ones in the past and they have never sold for me.

Here is a pic of a normalizing cycle.

It is carved in with my 2" wheel. And thanks!
Here is where I am at right now. I am just waiting on an order of eyelets to come in so I can finish them all.

Acid etched and tumbled.

Here are some finished pics of the ones I still have. If my eyelets ever get here, I will finish the sheaths for them!
