Double Bit ID?

It's an oldie, possibly hand forged? The extremely thin profile reminds me of an AATCo axe I once had, but I could be wrong.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was hand forged. Hard to tell since it's quite old and my axe knowledge is quite young. Seems to fit that appearance though. Thanks!

I also know it's often hard to gauge the exact age, even in cases where the make/model is apparent, but what is your best estimate by decade?

I think hand forged also. Thin eye walls and I think an over laid bit.
