Double Cut finish

I'm wondering if anyone has any examples of how Double Cut finish wears over time and hard use. Does anyone have pics or examples of how it wears?

I don't have any dc Busse or kin but i had a Strider a few years ago that was dc/bead blasted and when the dc finish started to wear it just got shiny. The area just above the edge became shiny qite fast from stropping to...

Yeah tends to become kind of shiny over time and heavy use.

I recently bought a double cut SFNO used, and it wears "shiny" as stated above. scratches look like shiny metal (like small areas of satin finish).
