what exactly is the double cut on my gw. forgive my ignorance. or dont, just tell me.

Double cut is a finish that is applied. First a satin finish is put on then the blade is bead blasted. Hence the double cut.

I believe that they bead blast it twice, a coarse grit to seal it and a finer for the finish. A three step process.

actually it is the finer grit that seals "peens" the metal surface from the first coarser media blasting :thumbup:
