Double Cut?

I just scored a game warden in the sale forum. (thanks gimmejr )
Description read "double cut". From what I could find, I'm guessing it has something to do with blade finish? What exactly is double cut?

Right... bead blasted. Polished first to satin then bead blasted to a matte-like finish.

The bead-blast finish is one of my favorites. I love my Tan/DC GW. Carrying it right now. It's a real beaut.
