Double edge folders?

Looking for double edged folders, does not have to come sharpened on both edges, but the blade must be fully inclosed in the handle when closed so it can be sharpened, like the gerber applegate folder. also am not looking for anything that is custom, or over the 200$ mark. am open to any style of lock. you guys know any?

As was mentioned, the upper edge of the Spyderco Police is able to be sharpened and still carried safely.

Yup, Cold Steel Triple Action Folder, if you can hunt one down, as it has been discontinued. I would not pay full price for one, but I got it on clearance for like $30 a couple of years ago. It is very well made and sounds exactly like what you are looking for.

How do you close a double edged folder without cutting yourself? I imagine you could do it with careful manipulation of the thumbstud, but thats not very practical in a live situation where you need to open fast and close fast, is it?

Ive never handled or seen one, so i dont know if theres a certain technique for it.
