Double Feedback

On two or three occasions I've left double feedback accidentally. I'm pretty computer savvy and have been surprised each time; very confident I did not hit submit more than once.

Will having multiple forum pages/tabs open cause this? I often navigate between multiple pages/tabs on my browser.

Has anyone else encountered this?

I've not encountered it ...
The good part is that it will not artificially boost anybody's feedback. The fix is simple - report the duplication to the moderators
