Double grind?

Is the edge on Bucks Edge 2000 a double grind or is it just polished on very edge? I really like the original angle and would like to keep it,but I cant even see it. Does anyone know what the angle is? It would be a big help. Thanks. By the way, what do you guys think about this edge?

Buck says that the Edge 2000 simply has a more acute angle to the bevel. The result is an edge that will last a little longer but will also be a little more delicate. There are always tradeoffs. You may want to check into the Buck forum for more details and specifications.

I think it is also rougher. A couple of posters have commented that the grind marks are much more visible.
