The photo's don't work. It sounds like you have a double bit axe with an adirondack handle. If it is, it's a fairly uncommon axe.

I can see your photos. I think the handle is more warped than “curved” in a traditional sense. It’s hard to begin to tell the maker as the photos of the head don’t show details plus it looks to be painted.

Michigan pattern maybe?, with one side ground a bit from sharpening, use, or wear.
