Double sheath w/ firesteel loop?

Is there anything out there already made or am I looking at something custom (I assume it'll be custom) like the following:

Black leather w/ snap closures
Double pouch (LM Supertool & Surefire 6P sized)
Firesteel loop

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance for your time and help.

The closest company I can think of that might have it would be JRE Industries. They always have a wide selection. It might not be that exact configuration though.

Maybe I'll look at what they have. Hopefully I'll be able to get a couple of quotes from a couple of makers too. I'd like to try and keep what money I can between forum members.
