What's your opinion on the Double-Stuff ceramic sharpener?

More specifically, I have a DMT Fine/X-Fine diamond sharpener, combined with a Giesser Isler PoliCut oval steel and a Puma strop.

Will the Double-stuff add something to my sharpening, or is it already covered by what I already have?
 
I love mine, but I think you have it covered with the DMT hone. I want to get the coarse/medium DMT sometime in the future to supplement my Double stuff.

Hi. I haven't used the double stuff stones, and I'm wondering how one controls the angle of sharpening? Is it done the "old fashioned" way? By eye, I mean? Thanks, Jeff/1911.

Yes, you control it the old fashion, by hand. Just lay it on a flat surface and go. Serrations you have to use the edge of the stones, that is a little tricky, but can be done. Use the pouch as a strop, and your done.
