Doug Ritter Grip availability?

Does anyone know how long these are going to be produced? I've been eyeing the design for a while, finally got a chance to play with a regular Griptilian today, and now REALLY REALLY need one of the Ritters (or both :D ) Unfortunately the knife budget's going to be tight until after Christmas. I just hope I can still pick one up then.

Also, any thoughts on the full size vs. the mini? I plan on using it primarily as a hiking folder but possible EDC too. thanks
 
I don't know about the length of production.

I just wanted to comment on the large vs. small RitterGrip. I have one of each. I first ordered a first production run and I didn't see the mini designation on the site. Well, when it first arrived, I figured I had screwed up by not getting the full size one. Without really spending time with my new adoptee, I ordered a regular production full size one as I am partial to full size knives.

Well to make a long story short, before the full sized one arrived, I took out my mini RGrip and something clicked between me and the little fella and NOW I am wishing that I had ordered another small regular production RGrip to carry. The mini just fits in the hand really well and the blade difference is not that great.

My advice: get the mini and save a couple of bucks.

They are great knives.
