I just recieved a Doug Ritter RSK Mk3 knife in the mail today, but it doesn't appear like the picture.

The blade is completely Stone Washed on the Butterfly side of the blade (all around the butterfly, beside it, up to the blade spine.)

But on the Doug Ritter side of the knife it appears to only be Stone Washed up to the grind line. Around or beside the "Doug Ritter" emblem it appears like unfinshed steel.

Is this the way it comes, has anyone else seen this on their Doug Ritter RSK Mk3 blade?

From the picture I didn't expect this, I thought it would be Stone Washed completely on both sides.

Stone washing has a very nice look by the way.

FWIW, my Mk 1 is stone washed completely on both sides.

If I were you, I would call them.

If its as you describe, then its definitely messed up. Thats a major mistake on BM's quality control. Pathetic really.
