Any reviews on this - according to many : best model up to date ? The Outback vs The Mistress ? Personally i think "The Mistress" is left a bit behind "The Outback" due to lack of thickness of blade-for 13" blade only 5,5mm,,,,,compared to Outback 11" blade 6mm...
