Here are two knives I received from Bob Dozier and Trace Rinaldi just in time for the holidays. (Can't think of a better way to ring in the New Knife Year
)
The Dozier is a convex ground "Professional Guide's Knife" in D2 with ironwood scales (and Bob's "wilderness" sheath). Needless to say, it's razor sharp. This knife begs to be taken to the woods and that's just where it will be employed.
The second knife is the very practical "Gambit" by Trace Rinaldi in S30V with micarta scales. This flat ground knife is comfortable for neck or belt carry and makes a great EDC. In fact, that's just what it's been for me since I got it.
Two great knives by two excellent makers. Everything you need and nothing you don't.
