I picked up a Dozier folder this last week for less than $ 20.00. For the money I am impressed! I can't believe that a folder with a AUS-8 blade would be so cheap. I got this for a knock-around, rough-use knife and I believe it is just behind an Opinel for value versus $$ spent. How well do they hold up when used hard?

I've beat the living crud outta mine. No mechanical issues whatsoever. I have had to sharpen a couple of times but still a great, light weight work knife. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

I carry either an orange or coyote tan one every day. They are light, tough, and keep a edge really well. I have touched mine up on a diamond rod just a couple times over the years, but the edge retention has been really good. I have noticed a tiny bit of vertical bladeplay, but for a knife that light that has only zytel handles with no liners I think they hold up really well. I bought a little pink one for my daughter and just today got a new smaller sized orange one for myself.

I loved my hunter and wish I hadn't let it go. Super light and never any blade play, even after heavy use.

Can't fault this knife at all. Its hard not to pick this up everyday on my way to work.

Its light and unobtrusive in the pocket but punches a weight above its class when put to work.

I've certainly touched mine up a few more times than you guys, sometimes 2 to 3 times a week. I need it to be razor sharp for some jobs at work, but its easy enough to do.

For the price, materials and design, it represents great value for money.

It don't look like that anymore! But will still feather a stick as good.

I couldn't find mine tonight and flipped. It's a good EDC knife for the money for sure. If I don't find it by tomorrow, I'll be getting another.

I bought one before Christmas for myself and one for my dad
I have used it as my only edc since then, just to see what it can do
Pretty good so far

These are great knives. Check out the whole line because they do have an interesting range of variants.

Once upon a time, when I worked for a major cutlery company, I sold more of these than anything else. Maybe more than everything else put together. Probably the best value in the knife industry, period. I have/have had a lot of knives that cost a lot more than these, but I would never feel outgunned with one. Just a great knife and I still recommend them to everyone looking for a good deal.

I'll take a of one of my work Doziers tonight. Ya'll will be surprised, me thinks......
