Dozier K-1 vs. K-7

What's the difference between these two models? They are both speced out about the same. The K-7 blade looks a little slimmer. Is that it?

Other than the different blade shape (The Slim Outdoorsman has a much pointier tip), I believe that the K-7 has a thinner overall blade grind.
