Dozier Knives Status??

Does anyone know the status of Dozier Knives as a company or anyone have contact with Kerry Peal or anyone at Dozier Knives? I sent my Dozier Master Skinner to them back in May for a new sheath and the last thing Ive heard from them was an email from Kerry Peal on Aug 23rd saying, "it should have been completed by now" and "I will get back to you". I have tried contacting them thru email, phone & snail mail to no avail. I just want my Master Skinner back. Scott Campbell, New Kent, Va.

Keep phoning. It’s what I would do.
 
I have posted a reply on Dozier Knives latest Facebook post asking for assistance but got nothing. I've left numerous messages on their phone, which ALWAYS goes directly to voice mail. I will continue to reach out to Dozier as I have been a loyal customer for 12 years, purchased 4 knives from them, and i love the product. I just want my knife back and I cannot understand why they are doing this to me. Kerry Peal the office Manager has always been very helpful in the past, but I haven't heard from her since Aug 23rd when she told me she would get back to me.

I sent you a message Scott. We need to team up since Arkansas Made Dozier Is holding both our knives hostage.
 
I sent them another message this morning. They actually responded back. Try again and hopefully you will get a response.
 
I have sent well over a dozen emails including today, ive left 3 messages on their phone. What bugs me is the last email I got from Kerry was Aug 23rd and she said she would get back to me as it should have been completed already. That was it!
 
Having the same problem. I sent in TWO knives. A buffalo river hunter(warranty claim) and Yukon pro skinner(new sheath) in December 2021. I received an email back in April 2022 advising that they received both knives. Since then, radio silence. I've emailed and called probably 20 times. No response. 2 years and nothing.
