To some here maybe not a full blown custom, but still a great hand built using knife for sure. I've been collecting and using Bobs knives for years. Never had a one fail. I've had this on order for about a year and was surprised yesterday when I got the call saying it was done. Utility hunter folder done with carbon fiber scales, full Ti backspacer, and D2 core stainless Damascus blade. Should be a great EDC field knife. Bob is using it to promote the upcoming NY Custom knife show: hence the pic. A part of show history in my pocket, though no one will be able to handle this one... Unless they made two? Lol.

Wow, that is way cool... great combination of materials. Having it on the poster is real icing on the cake. Enjoy!

Congratz.
I waited too long to get Dozier knife and out of all my fixed blades, my Dozier is my all time favorite.

He makes a great knife that is overlooked sometimes. D2 being a fantastic using steel with Bob's quenching techniques.
Thanks for the comments friends.
Stabber, unfortunately this knife will be in my grubby mitts tomorrow. Sorry bro. But fear not, the Dozier crew will have lots to look at. Hope you have a good time.

+1 on digging Doziers. Have had several of the 'Arkansas Made' fixed blades (still have most of 'em) and my 3 folders are all prized obsession/possessions. Did the 18mo wait on a 'companion' with a LH leather sheath that had me racing home from work when I found outt it had arrived! Never a disappointment. I've had another on order for some 19-20 months, but now I hope it DOESN'T get done too soon as I'm unemployed, hence no $$$. Ah- pain/pleasure! Yep, that damascus DK3 is a beauty!

Luv to see some pix of your collection. I've had a few prized folders over the years. Other then this new one(due to arrive before noon today) is this sweet lockback I picked up at the 2012 Blade show Atlanta. As you see I works great.

That lockback is way cool! The Dozier bug sure has some strong venom... once bitten, recovery may be a long time coming. :)
