So the above blade caught my eye recently and I wanted to know what fellow members thought about this knife.
For me it would serve as light-edc / worse-case tactical blade.
I really love the deep-pocket carry clip (something I have begun appreciating since I am generally in an office environment).

Things I am not sure about are:
- Company reputation/ warranty services
- Niolox blade material (no experience with it)

The warranty service is first rate, and the Niolox blade holds a really good edge. I like mine a lot.

Another +1 from me for their service. I've come to prefer thinner blades now on my folders, but the knife is very well made

Yes, and its works quite well for me. And, more importantly, you can open beer bottles with it as well. :D

That's pretty neat. I have been eyeballing this knife - so it's nice to hear that there is positive feedback alongside the good looks.

I have had nothing but good luck with my DPx gear, well made and durable, the "bottle opener" is a big plus too, ya never know when you'll need one!

I bought the milspec version of the HEST/F and it did not dissapoint....excellent f&f, perfectly centered, locks up rock solid and i love the Sleipner steel.

I just bought a HEST/F Mr. DP Ti and it's at he house waiting patiently for me and vacation. It caught my eye a while back and figured I'd give it a try after reading everything I could find and video reviews covering the different versions & changes. I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on it, my wife says it's pretty cool.

That is really beautiful. I usually don't dig the "full-TI" look - but man.....

The wire stripping notches work very well too, handy when your fixing something. So does the hex driver.

I typically wouldn't have gone this route, it's pretty flash for my standards. I have work, fancy/nice, and everyday blades so tossing this into the mix is acceptable I guess. :)
