Dpx Hest/f with vertical bladeplay

This is my second dpx Hest/f as I sent the first one in for the same issue. However, the vertical blade play on the first one was due to the lock bar slipping. On this one the lock bar does not appear to be slipping. When I first got the knife the lock up was solid. After a week of very light use I noticed that when I grab the tip and wiggle the blade up and down I can feel, see, and hear movement. There is no play side to side. To me it seems like a stop pin problem, maybe too small. I plan on sending the knife back to customer service, but was also wondering if anyone knew of any fix that I could do myself.

Sorry, can't help you on a fix, but...

I'd send it back and keep doing so until you get something you are happy with.

Just my opinion on the performance threshold of a $200 production knife.

Yup you're right, I said eff it and sent it back. If a $17 crkt frame lock can lock up bank vault, there is no excuse for blade play in a $175 knife
