I got the dragon stamp from Tandy leather. I stamped it once at 90 degrees to proper, then stamped over that with proper orientation. I ordered the dragon scale stamp tool awhile back - not exactly sure where but I’ll try to find the order if you are interested.

I agree with Dwayne--Very nice effect on the leather. More natural looking than any scale pattern I've ever been able to accomplish. I really like it !
