My wife sent me to what she considers the best taco shop in Redlands to bring back lunch, and my Dragonfly Salt seems to have stayed for dessert. A couple of extra holiday pounds make my coin pocket a little tighter, maybe I didn't get it down deep enough, but I didn't expect it to go walkabout. It's not a big loss (literally), though I find the level of annoyance disproportionate to the size involved--I liked that little thing. Oh well, at least it wasn't my Yojimbo 2 that went missing, that would really hurt. I just felt the need to vent to people who would understand the frustration of being temporarily clueless enough about one's environment that a treasured tool goes missing. I hope that the teenager who finds it doesn't lose any blood trying it out, that little guy was razor sharp.

Yeah, those are the breaks. A perfect excuse to get another, or something different though. Think positive.

Well that's got to suck big time, I love those dragonflies; sorry to hear you lost it; like tdhurl said, a good excuse to get a different one, though the salt one is a great steel with that sweet H1, and yeah I would be extra bummed if it had been a Yohimbo 2; I regret selling mine, good thing they still make it. And thinking positive is good advise, think posi-tron maybe?

Hey neighbor sorry bout your D'Fly that's a bummer, where did you go for tacos, CuCa's or Rosa Maraia's? I'm here in Cherry Valley.

Actually, it was the Taco Shack, at the corner of State st. and Redlands blvd. Just watch out for the green sauce, it's always hot but sometimes they dial it up to "oh my god I am gonna die." Once the knife budget refills again, the question is H1, VG10, or HAP40. I may need a taco to help me decide.

I would jut wait for the HAP40. Unless the H1 SE version speaks louder to you. I own 3 myself and will probably be getting the HAP40 version as well.
